Overview

At Jun The Label, all garments are produced in limited quantities under a small-batch production model. Each piece is carefully manufactured in controlled runs to minimise waste and maintain quality standards.

Due to this approach, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or general dissatisfaction.

All Sales Final

All purchases are considered final once payment has been processed. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing information, product descriptions, and measurements before completing their order. If you require clarification prior to purchase, please contact us prior to ordering and we will assist you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence and your order number.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair, replacement (if available), or store credit where appropriate.

Wear and Care

Natural wear, fabric fading, shrinkage due to improper washing, or damage caused after delivery does not qualify as a manufacturing fault. We strongly recommend following all provided care instructions to preserve the integrity of your garment.
