Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 business days. During product launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier network. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery time is 7–30 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact the courier directly to lodge an investigation.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@junthelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Returns Policy
Overview
At Jun The Label, all garments are produced in limited quantities under a small-batch production model. Each piece is carefully manufactured in controlled runs to minimise waste and maintain quality standards.
Due to this approach, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or general dissatisfaction.
All Sales Final
All purchases are considered final once payment has been processed. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing information, product descriptions, and measurements before completing their order. If you require clarification prior to purchase, please contact us prior to ordering and we will assist you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence and your order number.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair, replacement (if available), or store credit where appropriate.
Wear and Care
Natural wear, fabric fading, shrinkage due to improper washing, or damage caused after delivery does not qualify as a manufacturing fault. We strongly recommend following all provided care instructions to preserve the integrity of your garment.
